Here is our family cookie recipe
Cream together 170g butter with 220g brown sugar, 115g granulated sugar, 1 egg+1 yolk and a spoonful of vanilla.
Add 1tsp baking powder and 300g plain flour.
Add 400g chocolate chips.
Today, I weighed the dough as I went an 1.3onz is the perfect cookie size.
Roll into balls, making a small dimple in the top.
Bake for 11 minutes at 180 degrees. 13 minutes for crisper cookies.
If you want chocolate cookies - use 40g cocoa and 260g plain flour.
Make them your own by chopping nuts, dried fruit or your favourite chocolate bar.
