We are a hard working, family of eight. Swimming in the sea when we aren't busy on our small holding. Daddy dragon has to work away a lot, so this blog is to let him keep up with our adventures at home.
I am a teacher, (There I've confessed - lol), a late entrant to the profession and to be honest I became disillusioned fairly early on in my career as a teacher. I wish I had realised I could home school my own children instead of sending them to someone else to educated while I was stuck trying to teach someone else's children things that I really didn't believe they needed. I am now semi retired, taking on supply teaching to keep the wolves from the door - still disillusioned, yet still teaching. I'm seriously questioning myself and looking for a change. Not sure what yet, or even if it's maybe too late, but you have my deepest admiration and respect. Keep up the good work. xxx
