I have frequently found other bloggers meal plan's a source of inspiration, and as I sincerely need to get back in the habit of planning our meals, I am going to use Monday to post our next week's meals.
Sunday
Breakfast: Crepes with fruit and cream
Lunch: Burgers and salad
Dinner: Toad in the hole, mashed potatoes and steamed broccoli and carrots
Dessert: Apple Crumble and custard
Monday
Breakfast: Omlettes
Lunch: Spicy tomato and lentil soup with homemade bread
Dinner: Family movie and pizza night (Homemade pizza)
Dessert: Chocolate chip cookies
Tuesday
Breakfast: Porridge with apples, raisins, cinnamon and brown sugar
Lunch: Grilled chicken and caesar salad
Dinner: Enchiladas
Dessert: Blueberry muffins
Wednesday
Breakfast: Poached eggs, ham, english muffins and hollandaise
Lunch: Corn chowder with homemade bread
Dinner: Homemade Bacon and cheddar, chicken Kieves with new potatoes and green beans
Dessert: Chocolate caramel shortbread squares
Thursday
Breakfast: Peaches and cream Porridge
Lunch: Homemade chicken nuggets in parmesan breadcrumbs and sweet potato wedges
Dinner: Grilled Haddock with puy lentils
Dessert: Strawberry triffle
Friday
Breakfast: Scrambled eggs and toast
Lunch: Quesidillas
Dinner: Pesto Pasta with grilled vegetables
Dessert: Cheese cake (probably chocolate, I think I may be addicted....)
Saturday
Breakfast: French toast or waffles (depending on remaining bread)
Lunch: Macaroni cheese
Dinner: Fish and chips
Desert: Leftover cheesecake, banana muffins
Snacks for the week: Yogurts, fruit, and smoked sausage/ cheese cubes/ crackers
(It may look like we are complete piggies but we are a very active family.)
