I had a lovely new sewing machine for my birthday

And so it was well passed time

We got it out for a play.

So we hid away inside for the day

To sew and play.

It has been a wonderful day.

We used fun with fleeces' lovely free patterns should you want to sew some comfy trousers too.

Extended summer

This autumn has been surreal in its warmth.

As though the summer has decided it never need end.

Each day we go out to enjoy being out without the wind and the wet; assuming incorrectly, that the gales will be back any moment.

Bounty bar Cheesecake

Next to the nutella, a range of chocolate bar spreads have been popping up.

Hence, per hatchling request, we made Bounty bar cheesecake.
