About us
We are a hard working, family of eight. Swimming in the sea when we aren't busy on our small holding. Daddy dragon has to work away a lot, so this blog is to let him keep up with our adventures at home.

Big sheep meet little sheep
It is really lovely to see these lambs grow and thrive.
This is Stuart, and for my future recollection he is a day shy of 5 weeks old.
We had a lovely patch of sunshine,
and we thought the young lambs might like a brief bit of fresh air.
So teeny.
Also for my recollection, baby lamb is 4 days old here.
Come on lambs, keep on growing.

Our newest babies
Two of the tiniest lambs.
Honestly, the photos add ten pounds.
Even inside, they shivered and shook,
so I went through hatchling no6's newborn clothes.
Remember those teeny tiny little vests?
Here is hoping they soon put on weight.
Welcome new lambys!

First ice cream of the season
Football season, that is.
To the upset of a dozen little boys, hatchling no 6 stole the ball in the middle of their football practice.
She is so fierce. She was all, I will scream like a lunatic if you touch MY ball.
A hardworking tyrant needs a break.
Strawberry ice cream,
Happy Saturday!

Spring Drive
This little lady refuse to let me get one good photo of her plaid trousers.
Nonetheless, the sun is out and it feels like the perfect weather for a spring drive.
This hatchling found the sheep,
quite difficult to herd.
Upon reflection, hatchling no4 says, 'Perhaps two quad bikes are better than one.'
Perhaps, indeed.

Polytunnel progress
Napping lambs,
spot a boy with a treat.
And beg him to share.
Meanwhile,
we lay out the pipes,
and begin
our family build project of 2015,
a poly tunnel.
Lots of poles, poor instructions,
but lots of great helpers.
This guy did his bit in spite of his circumstances.
We've a ways to go yet, but it is coming along beautifully.
Sweet clapping
This little lady, and her many expressions, fill my heart with joy.
Each day she grows
and learns,
and even though it is my sixth time around this babyhood block, it makes me so happy to watch her bring her plump little hands together.
Our baby girl.
